Yes, products can be exchanged or returned, excluding "special items". Special items refer to our exhausts, as they are often made to order.

We primarily use Australia Post for all of our items.

For some exhaust orders, Fedex may be used in place of Australia Post.

All exhausts and fender eliminator kits are designed and manufactured in-house at Competition Werkes in the USA.

Competition Werkes tail lights are manufactured in Taiwan.

Our fender eliminators may have a slightly different fit for AU plates as our fender eliminator range is based on US motorcycle plates. There may be minor changes required for plates to fit perfectly.

Yes. All products purchased from this store will have a minimum 1 year warranty period.

A special order is a product that is made to order. For our product range, this is will be our slip on exhausts.

For these products, you will either receive an email regarding order timeframe, or the timeframe will be located on the exhaust product page.

Once the order has begun manufacturing, we are unable to cancel the order or have the product refunded.
